On November 29, 2025, Prof. Wenkai Zhu, Vice President of Xidian University, delivered the welcome message. The conference chair, Prof. Bin Zi of Xidian University, gave the opening remarks, and the opening ceremony was hosted by Prof. Xuechao Duan, also from Xidian University. The keynote speeches were delivered by Prof. Ruqiang Yan from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China; Prof. Gang Feng from City University of Hong Kong, China; Prof. Hiroshi Kobayashi from Tokyo University of Science, Japan; and Prof. Lihui Wang from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden (online). The keynote session was hosted by Prof. Ping Zhao of Hefei University of Technology, China.
